Position Overview

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, ensure timely shipment of goods, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch activities as per approved orders and schedules.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely vehicle placement and deliveries.
• Ensure correct quantity, SKU, and destination before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch registers, shipment records, and delivery status.
• Track dispatched shipments and follow up for timely delivery.
• Handle discrepancies related to shortages, damages, wrong shipments, or delays.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure proper loading and safe handling of merchandise.
• Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and dispatch procedures.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of dispatch and warehouse operations.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP/WMS software will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 3 years+ in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain operations.
• Candidates from Retail, Textile, Apparel, FMCG, or Distribution backgrounds will be preferred.
