Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Data Entry Operator to manage our daily office records. In this role, you will be responsible for entering bills, updating stock counts, and keeping our computer systems up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Bill Entry: Type and log all vendor, customer, and purchase bills accurately into the system.
• Stock Counting: Count physical inventory and match it with the computer system to track stock levels.
• Data Input: Enter numerical and text data from paper forms into spreadsheets or company software.
• Record Keeping: Update, organize, and maintain daily files so they are easy to find.
• Error Checking: Review data for mistakes or missing information and correct them quickly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th standard pass (Higher Secondary).
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer, including MS Excel / Google Sheets and internet browsing.
• Language: Basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Experience: 6 months to one year experience preferred and Freshers are welcome to apply.
