Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inward and outward stock.
• Ensure proper receiving, checking, counting, and storage of inventory.
• Supervise packing and dispatch of orders accurately and on time.
• Verify all products before dispatch to avoid incorrect or damaged shipments.
• Maintain proper stock records and coordinate with the MIS/Accounts team.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and report any discrepancies.
• Monitor product expiry, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Ensure proper labeling, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters for timely dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, challans, and other warehouse documents.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and inventory management processes.
• Take responsibility for warehouse discipline, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or dispatch operations.
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, or consumer products will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management.
• Good leadership and team-handling skills for the Supervisor role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage stock accurately.
• Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling day-to-day warehouse operations independently.
