Visa / Immigration Consultant

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, confident and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding study abroad and visa opportunities, understanding their requirements and guiding them throughout the application and visa process.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and clients regarding study abroad and visa opportunities.
• Understand clients’ academic background, career goals, travel requirements and financial profile.
• Recommend suitable countries, universities, courses and visa options based on the client’s profile.
• Handle client enquiries and provide accurate information regarding visa and admission processes.
• Manage clients throughout the admission and visa application process.
• Guide clients regarding required documentation and application procedures.
• Assist with study visa and visitor visa applications.
• Coordinate with clients to collect, review and organise required documents.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and keep clients updated about their application status.
• Coordinate with universities, institutions and internal team members whenever required.
• Maintain proper client records, application details and case progress.
• Follow up with prospective clients and contribute towards conversions.
• Stay updated with visa requirements, immigration policies and study abroad opportunities for different destinations.
• Achieve assigned counselling, application and business targets.
• Requirements:Previous experience in study abroad counselling, visa counselling or the immigration industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of study visa and visitor visa processes.
• Strong communication, counselling and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand different client profiles and provide suitable guidance.
• Good knowledge of documentation and application procedures.
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Target-oriented, responsible and professional approach.

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and performance

Experience: 1–4 years preferred
