Job Description
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10–20+ Years in Real Estate Sales
- Leadership experience in managing 100+ sales professionals
- Strong expertise in Direct Sales, Channel Partner Sales & Investor Sales
- Proven track record of achieving ₹100+ Cr annual sales targets
- Excellent team building and P&L management skills
- Strong network in NCR Real Estate market
- Location: Noida / Greater Noida
- Job ResponsibilitiesDrive overall sales strategy and revenue growth.
- Lead Direct Sales, Channel Partner and Corporate Sales teams.
- Recruit, train and mentor sales managers and executives.
- Develop sales plans, pricing strategies and incentive programs.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts and MIS reports.
- Build strategic relationships with investors, HNIs and channel partners.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM and Project teams.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved.
