We are looking for a highly motivated Experienced Travel Sales Consultant who can convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable Europe travel packages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through calls and chats
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized travel recommendations
- Explain itineraries, packages, pricing, visa requirements, and travel documentation
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain leads in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Upsell additional services such as activities, insurance, and premium upgrades
Requirements
- 6 months–2 years of relevant experience in travel sales or holiday packages
- Experience in selling European travel packages
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets
- Good knowledge of European destinations
- Basic knowledge of Schengen visa processes and travel documentation
- Ability to handle high-volume leads
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Good knowledge of European travel trends, destinations, and itineraries
