Job Description

Positions Available:

  • 1 Domestic Travel Consultant
  • 1 International Travel Consultant

Job Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel goals, budget, preferences, and special requirements.

Research & Planning: Explore destinations, compare prices, and check local customs, weather conditions, and visa requirements.

Booking Services: Secure reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities using computer reservation systems.

Customer Support: Handle booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and emergency assistance during travel.

  • RequirementsStrong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of travel destinations and tourism services.
  • Ability to plan customized itineraries and manage bookings.
  • Knowledge of B2B travel portals such as TBO, TJ, and MyPartner will be an added advantage.
