Job Title: Tele Sales Executive , Team leader , Manager – Loan Process,

Job Description:

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives or Team leader , Manager for our Loan Process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining loan products, and assisting them throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, OD Loan, Home Loan, and Loan Against Property Exta.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful applications.

Follow up with interested customers to ensure timely document submission.

Coordinate with the processing team for smooth loan approval.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Experience in BFSI, Tele Sales, or Loan Process will be an added advantage.
