Telecalling Team Leader

We are seeking a proactive and driven Team Leader – Telecalling to manage and lead a team of Telecallers focused on converting drivers to onboard Carrum’s fleet under rental or agreement-based models. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in sales, performance management, coaching, and client coordination, along with the ability to drive team performance and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

People & Team Management:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Telecallers to meet and exceed targets
• Conduct regular feedback, coaching sessions, and performance evaluation
• Monitor team productivity and retention, and take steps to improve motivation
• Facilitate learning sessions and role-plays to enhance team capabilities
• Ensure performance tracking through daily reports, and dashboards

Customer Interaction & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with clients to assess business needs and communicate updates
• Seek client approvals for new call scripts, ensure training material is aligned
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with team

Domain / Functional Expertise Areas:

• Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound sales and campaigns
• Proficiency in MS Office & data analytics
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory)
• 2–5 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role
• Experience in BPO / fleet / logistics / mobility sector is a plus
• Good understanding of telecalling KPIs and CRM usage
• Strong ability to multitask, handle escalations, and deliver performance under pressure
