Job Description

  • Make and receive calls: Contact prospective or existing clients from a database or answer inbound customer inquiries.
  • Pitch and promote: Explain product features, benefits, and special offers to convert leads into sales.
  • Handle objections: Address customer pushback, resolve complaints, and overcome hesitations.
  • Upsell and cross-sell: Suggest complementary items or higher-tier plans to increase order value.
  • Process transactions: Take orders, record contract details, and update customer profiles in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Track metrics: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales and call-volume quotas
