Telecaller Outbound

Job Title: Telecaller – IndiaMart/JustDial Inquiries (Machinery & Parts)

Location: Delhi (On-site)

Industry: Industrial Machinery / Spare Parts

Experience: 1-3 years (IndiaMart inquiries handling preferred)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, and other B2B portals
• Follow up with BuyLeads and convert inquiries into business opportunities
• Explain product details related to machinery and spare parts to potential customers
• Maintain proper documentation of leads, calls, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and pricing
• Maintain a good rapport with customers and provide timely responses

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer support, preferably with IndiaMart.
• Prior knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, spares, or related categories is preferred
• Proficient in Hindi and English communication
• Good at follow-ups, polite and persuasive on calls
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
