About Us:
Kashbulls is a boutique wealth advisory firm based in Delhi managing client portfolios for over 25 years.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Work-From-Home Outbound Telecaller / Appointment Setter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to business owners and professionals from a provided database.
- Pitch complimentary "Mutual Fund Portfolio Reviews" and "Insurance Audits".
- Secure client interest and book appointments for our Inside Sales Team.
- Maintain a clean daily calling tracker.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience (BFSI or BPO preferred).
- Fluent in Hindi with clear verbal communication.
- Quiet, noise-free work environment at home with high-speed internet and smartphone/headset.
Compensation:
- Fixed Base Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 / month
- Additional performance-based incentives on completed meetings and closures.
