Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team at Motilal Oswal. The role involves engaging with prospective clients over the phone, promoting our financial products and services, and generating leads. Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are essential.

Explain Demat & Trading Account features and services to customers.

Assist interested customers with the account-opening process.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales/RM team for lead conversion and customer support.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
