Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling

Call potential customers from the provided lead database.

Understand customer requirements, needs, and pain points.

Explain products/services clearly and confidently.

Sales & Conversion

Generate interest and convert leads into customers.

Follow up with interested prospects regularly.

Handle objections and answer customer questions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Lead Follow-up

Maintain proper follow-up schedules.

Contact old, new, and missed leads.

Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.

Customer Relationship

Build professional relationships with prospects.

Provide accurate information about pricing, packages, offers, and services.

Coordinate with the sales/operations team for customer requirements.

CRM & Reporting

Update every call and lead status in CRM/Excel.

Record interested, not interested, callback, converted, and unreachable leads.

Submit daily calling and sales reports.
