Role Overview

We are looking for a technical resource with IT & RFID knowledge who can take responsibility of customer projects and day-to-day project implementation.

The person should be comfortable working with RFID hardware, software and customers, and should be able to understand requirements, set up equipment, conduct testing and help take projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities

•Basic understanding of RFID and its applications.

•Basic knowledge of RFID components such as RFID tags, readers, antennas, handhelds and RFID printers/encoders.

•Support RFID demos, POCs, installations and project implementations.

•Configure and test RFID readers, printers, handhelds and other related equipment.

•Assist in RFID tagging, testing, read-performance checks and troubleshooting.

•Coordinate with customers and internal teams during project implementation.

•Understand basic software functionality and work with the software team for testing and issue resolution.

•Support project planning, execution and follow-up at customer sites.

•Prepare basic project documentation, reports and Excel-based data.

•Take ownership of assigned activities and ensure they are completed on time.

•Travel to customer sites as required.

•Knowledge or exposure to RFID tunnels, RFID cabinets, RFID gates/portals, and other specialised RFID hardware/solutions will be an advantage.

IT & Excel Skills

•Basic understanding of IT, Windows, Android, networking and device connectivity.

•Ability to understand basic software applications and workflows.

•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling, filtering, reconciliation and reporting.

•Basic understanding of databases/software integration will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

•Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or related technical field.

•3-6 years of experience in RFID, AIDC, IoT, hardware implementation, technical support or a related field preferred.

•Good communication and coordination skills.

•Hands-on approach and willingness to work at customer sites Pan India.

•Ability to manage and lead project implementation activities.

•Willingness to learn new RFID hardware and solutions.
