Job Description

Team Leader – Business Loan Sales

Company: Affinity Management Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Janakpuri West, New Delhi

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the Business Loan Sales team.
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
  • Generate and convert Business Loan leads.
  • Guide the team in customer follow-ups and conversions.
  • Monitor daily team performance and provide regular support.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of Business Loan Sales experience.
  • Team handling experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, sales and leadership skills.
  • Target-oriented and result-driven.
  • Experience in DSA/NBFC/Financial Services preferred.
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred.
