Job Description
Responsible for managing end-to-end dispatch and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Plan and schedule daily dispatches as per customer orders and delivery timelines.
- Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and all required dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain dispatch, logistics, and delivery records.
