Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Manage communication between the project team, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
- Maintain site documentation, records, and attendance.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and housekeeping at the site.
- Assist in resolving site issues and operational challenges.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and client visits.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project timelines and targets.
