How it works:

1. Attend a simple 1-hour online training to get familiar with the platform
2. Share your profile — we help match you with students
3. Guide your students — review their progress, have a quick call, help them truly understand each concept
4. As you build trust and results, more students join under you

Earnings:

This is a performance-based revenue share — up to 45% of your students' monthly fees, tied to the quality of guidance you provide and how your students actually progress. The better you teach, the more you earn — no fixed cap holding you back.

Who we're looking for:

Teachers who genuinely care about students beyond marks — patient, encouraging, and willing to guide rather than just instruct. Prior online teaching experience is a plus but not required.
