We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.

• Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in Tally.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, and responding to departmental notices.
• Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, deposit, return filing, issuance of TDS certificates, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely compliance with ROC requirements, including preparation and filing of annual returns, financial statements, board resolutions, and other statutory forms under the Companies Act.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial analyses for management.
• Monitor statutory due dates and ensure timely compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Review accounting entries and support junior accounting staff by providing guidance and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Assist management with financial planning, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
• Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, and ROC compliances.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and applicable tax laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills Experience in handling multiple client accounts or group companies.

• Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory compliances.
• Knowledge of accounting automation tools and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
