• Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential restaurant owners and generate business opportunities.
• Explain our Zomato & Swiggy onboarding, account management, and restaurant growth services.
• Convert interested leads into paying customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Follow up with potential clients and close deals.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Candidate RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
• Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
• Previous experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales is an advantage.
