🚨 We’re Hiring – Sales Manager
Grow Stellar Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team.
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AM/SM/ RSM/AVP/VP to lead and expand our Secured and Unsecured Loan business across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing high-performing sales teams, strengthening DSA and channel partner relationships, and achieving business targets while maintaining superior portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the sales team
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance
• Drive sales for Secured & Unsecured Loan products
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team-handling and leadership abilities
• Experience in the loan/financial services industry will be preferred
