Job Description – Junior Offline Sales & Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Junior Offline Sales & Operations Executive to handle our day-to-day offline customer and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer/dealer enquiries and orders through WhatsApp and phone calls.

- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order packing and timely dispatch.

- Arrange porter, courier and transport bookings whenever required.

- Keep customers updated regarding their orders and dispatches.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team to get them resolved quickly.

- Follow up on pending orders, dispatches and customer requirements.

- Maintain basic records of orders, dispatches and complaints.

- Coordinate between customers, sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Take ownership of a customer/order until the issue is properly resolved.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer handling, order coordination or operations.

- Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with customers.

- Good WhatsApp and basic computer/Excel knowledge.

- Should be active, responsible and good at follow-ups.

- Should be able to work independently and take responsibility for pending work.

- Experience in wholesale, distribution, trading, hardware/tools or e-commerce will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹3,000 per month based on performance.

Important: This is a hands-on role involving sales, customer handling, order coordination, dispatch and complaint resolution. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the work and does not wait for instructions for every task.
