Job Description
* Generate new leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and digital channels.
* Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
* Explain loan eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
* Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth loan approvals.
* Follow up with customers throughout the loan process until disbursement.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.
* Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
