Job Description

Primary responsibility of Sales Development Executive (SDE)

1...Finding prospective leads. & categorising them in to Area / Zones

2...Completing leads..so that fruitful meetings can be arranged.

3....Identifying high value..medium value and low value projects

4.....Securing qualified meetings..by cold calling..using email / what's app..phone calls..and using social media platforms like..

LinkedIn.. Instagram..that lead to finalise commercial contracts.

5....Grouping leads by construction readiness

6.....If lead is not clear..or shows No Response..to visit ..generate correct leads..& fix meeting time

7......To ensure no project drops & maintaining CRM

8.....ULTIMATE GOALto convert introductory meeting in to a formal request for quotation

9...Should have good knowledge of existing and upcoming facade products.

10...Should keep a tap on NEW RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS..& also high end building renovations.

11....Identifying ..builder and private projects
