Job Description
Hiring: Reservation Executive – Work From Home
Buddies Home is looking for a Reservation Executive to handle guest bookings and daily reservation-related work.
If you have experience in hotel reservations, Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo or other OTA platforms, we would love to hear from you.
- Handle daily guest bookings and reservation queries.
- Respond to guests on WhatsApp, calls and email.
- Manage bookings received through Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.
- Update bookings, availability and basic rates on the system.
- Coordinate with the property/housekeeping team regarding guest check-ins and requirements.
- Follow up with guests for booking confirmation, payment and required details.
- Help guests with basic queries before and during their stay.
- Maintain simple and accurate booking records.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hotel reservations / hospitality / OTA bookings preferred.
- Basic knowledge of platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo or Agoda.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email and computer.
- Good follow-up skills and a polite way of communicating with guests.
- Someone who is responsible, responsive and comfortable working independently.
