Job Description

We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and responsible Promotion Sales Executives to promote our network of Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendras and increase customer awareness at our medical retail stores.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting local promotional activities around assigned stores, distributing pamphlets, and helping increase store visibility and customer footfall.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Pamphlet Distribution: Distribute promotional pamphlets in nearby residential areas, markets, shops, and other permitted public locations.
2. Local Store Promotion: Promote assigned Jan Aushadhi Kendras in nearby areas to increase awareness about affordable medicines.
3. Door-to-Door Promotion: Visit nearby households and explain the location and benefits of the store using approved promotional material.
4. Market Activities: Identify suitable locations for promotional activities near stores and execute campaigns as instructed by the management.
5. Brand Awareness: Help improve the visibility of our stores through approved banners, posters, standees, and other promotional materials.
6. Customer Guidance: Provide basic information about store locations, timings, and available services. Refer medicine-related questions to qualified pharmacy staff.
7. Daily Reporting: Maintain daily reports of pamphlets distributed, areas covered, stores promoted, and promotional activities completed.
8. Coordination: Coordinate with store managers and the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
9. Field Visits: Visit assigned stores and nearby areas as per the daily route and schedule provided by the company.
10. Performance Targets: Complete daily field activity targets and submit regular updates to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; graduates may also apply.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel to assigned store locations.
• Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.
• Freshers can apply ?; experience in field promotion, pamphlet distribution, or marketing will be an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain daily activity reports.
