Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients over call and understand their property requirements.
• Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project specifications.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in presales; real estate experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
