Patient Care Coordinator

We are building product which help international patients mainly from Nigeria, Kenya, Sudan, Somalia, Tanzania and other african countries to get through treatment in India without getting lost or overcharged.

We are looking for people who have already done this work

• At a hospital international patient desk
• At a medical tourism company.
• You know how admissions, estimates, deposits and discharge actually run.

So that you can help us design this product and design distribution strategies for it

What you'll do:

• Accompany patients to understand how to use the product, solve their queries
• Help with you advice and experience on how to design the product, what all features needs to be added
• Design strategies on how to connect with hospitals and medical tourism companies
• Research around the products which exists in the space and share their reviews with us.

You must have: 1+ year in international patient services and have comfort navigating the medical tourism space.
