Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, confident, well-presented, and proactive Executive Assistant or Office Assistant (Intern) who can efficiently manage the CEO’s day-to-day schedule, communication, coordination, and administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and day-to-day communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Follow up with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist the CEO in daily administrative and business-related activities.
- Manage travel arrangements and other requirements when required.
- Handle any other responsibilities assigned by the CEO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, respectful, and approachable.
