Key Responsibilities:

·        Execute and supervise MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems.

·        Coordinate with civil, architectural, interior, consultant, and contractor teams.

·        Review drawings, monitor site progress, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

·        Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

·        Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of project activities.

·        Prepare progress reports and resolve technical issues during project execution.

·        Review and verify MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications before execution.

Monitor testing and commissioning activities, prepare completion documentation, and facilitate the successful handover of MEP works.

Skills & Technical

Competencies:

·        Sound knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems.

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

·        Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work under project timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Experiences:

·        5–10 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, commercial, or high-rise building projects.

·        Experience in hotel projects will be preferred
