Location: Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi

About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage daily coordination with logistics partners and warehouses. The ideal candidate should be organized, good at follow-ups, and comfortable communicating over phone and email.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily with transporters and logistics partners.
- Schedule pickups and delivery appointments.
- Track shipments and update dispatch records in Excel.
- Follow up on delayed shipments and resolve basic delivery issues.
- Handle phone calls and email communication with logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and coordination logs.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely dispatches.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable making multiple follow-up calls during the day.
- Willing to work from Bawana Industrial Area.
- QualificationGraduate or pursuing graduation.
