Job Description
- Pass Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment & Journal Entries in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain GST invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Maintain Accounts Receivable (Customer Ledger) and Accounts Payable (Vendor Ledger).
- Verify purchase bills, expenses and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors and customers regarding payment-related queries.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
- Understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
