Quick Web Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team for international outbound lead generation.

💼 JOB DETAILS

• Company: Quick Web Solutions

• Position: Telesales Executive – Outbound Lead Generation

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

• Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT)

• Work Mode: Work From Home

• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

📚 TRAINING & ASSESSMENT

• 4 days of mandatory paid training

• Mock call assessment to evaluate communication skills and sales readiness

• Office visit required for training or assessment

• Successful completion of training and mock call assessment is mandatory

⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have:

💻 Own Laptop

🎧 Good-Quality Headphones with Microphone

📶 Stable and Reliable Wi-Fi Connection

🏠 Quiet work environment at home

🗣️ Basic English communication skills

📞 Willingness to make cold calls and work night shifts

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to international clients

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling

• Explain company services and handle customer objections

• Maintain daily call reports and follow up with potential clients

• Work towards daily and weekly performance goals

• Freshers with good communication skills

• Experienced candidates in telesales, telecalling, or lead generation

• Candidates comfortable working night shifts
