Inside Sales Specialist

Job Type:- Full-Time | Work From Office

• EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass
• Candidate must be 18 years or above
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Basic knowledge of English communication
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls
• Candidates with experience in B2C Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Handling, or Lead Conversion will be preferred
• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain our courses and programs.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Generate, follow up, and manage leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Convert interested leads into successful admissions/sales.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
• Build a good relationship with customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Follow up with old, new, and interested leads for closure.
