Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting the organization in fulfilling manpower requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and positions.
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and management.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with concerned department heads.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Negotiate salary and explain company policies, benefits, and job responsibilities.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment-related documents.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate employee joining and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain proper records of selected, rejected, offered, and joined candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Support other HR activities whenever required.
