Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and personal files.
  • Coordinate payroll, PF, ESIC, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Manage employee appraisal, probation confirmation, and performance records.
  • Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate office/factory maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendors.
  • Manage office supplies and general administrative requirements.
  • Handle employee queries and coordinate with different departments.
  • Prepare HR letters, notices, reports, and other required documents.
  • Ensure smooth HR & Admin operations as assigned by management.
