Graphic Designer

We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency based in Gurgaon, delivering bold, high-impact creative strategies for diverse brands. Our client portfolio spans across industries including Fashion & Apparel, Real Estate, and Luxury Jewellery. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Gurgaon team.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Visuals: Design engaging posts, Instagram/Facebook reel covers, stories, motion graphics, and multi-slide carousel posts tailored to specific brand guidelines.
• Digital & Web Graphics: Create high-converting website banners, promotional landing page headers, and digital posters.
• Client Collaboration: Work on visual branding for diverse client portfolios spanning clothing lines, high-end real estate projects, and fine jewellery brands.
• Content Execution: Brainstorm visual ideas with copywriters and social media strategists to translate campaign briefs into polished design assets.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain visual consistency across all client touchpoints while adapting aesthetic tones (e.g., trendy and vibrant for clothing, premium and sophisticated for real estate and jewellery).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a completed professional design course.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Familiarity with basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) for Reels/Shorts is a major plus.
• Portfolio: A portfolio (Behance, Drive, or personal site) showcasing design projects, social media post layouts, carousels, or concept ads.
• Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn industry trends and adapt visual styles quickly across different client sectors.
