Job Description
FEILD OFFICER WORK DESCRPTION -
- Roster Management: Creating weekly/monthly shift rosters for housekeeping staff and security guards.
- On-Site Inspections: Conducting regular, unannounced site visits to ensure personnel are in proper uniform, punctual, and disciplined.
- Client Coordination: Meeting with client-side managers at each site to take feedback and resolve any complaints regarding service quality.
- Incident Reporting: Handling and reporting on-site emergencies, absences, or behavioral issues to the main branch office.
- Training & Onboarding: Briefing new hires on site-specific safety rules and operational guidelines.
- Maintane manpower in each site for housekeeping staffs and security guards
- No holiday in week / incentives - 5k ,
- Travelling allowance , petrol allowance , PF allowance , ESIC allowance
Experience: 5 or above years of experience in facility management, security operations, or field operations.
Skills: Strong communication skills, leadership, and crisis-management abilities.
Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (essential since you are providing a petrol/travel allowance).
