Field Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet potential clients, conduct site visits, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
• Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
• Schedule and conduct property site visits.
• Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for bookings.
• RequirementsGraduate or Undergraduate (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
