Job Description

Manage and supervise factory labour and manpower.

Monitor and manage the daily output of contractors and labour.

Plan dispatch schedules and coordinate truck/vehicle planning.

Maintain basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email communication.

Supervise overall factory operations and handle day-to-day troubleshooting.

Coordinate with contractors and workers to ensure smooth and timely production.
