Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily e-commerce sales and customer inquiries.
  • Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Follow up with potential customers and generate repeat sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and track conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic issues.
  • Develop strategies to increase online orders and revenue.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending and abandoned orders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in e-commerce sales or online sales management.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify, WhatsApp, Meta/Facebook Ads, and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
