Job Description

We are looking for a Shopify & E-Commerce Executive to manage our website, day-to-day Shopify operations, product catalogue, orders, and basic website updates. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently on Shopify and have a good understanding of e-commerce operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Shopify website and day-to-day operations.
  • Add, edit, and manage products, catalogues, pricing, images, variants, and collections.
  • Process orders, cancellations, returns, and fulfilment.
  • Update website content, banners, menus, pages, and basic layouts.
  • Manage basic Shopify settings, apps, discounts, and inventory.
  • Identify and resolve basic website issues.
  • Assist with building and setting up new website pages/features.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify & e-commerce operations.
  • Good knowledge of Shopify products, themes, apps, and basic customisation.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) experience is an added advantage.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
