A Driver cum Office Boy is responsible for safely driving company staff or delivering documents/materials, while also handling basic office support duties to ensure smooth daily operations.Main Responsibilities & Tasks

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Safely drive company vehicles for staff transport, office work, and deliveries.
• Pick up and drop employees, guests, or clients as instructed.
• Deliver documents, parcels, bank deposits, and office materials on time.
• Follow traffic rules and maintain road safety at all times.
• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good condition.
• Check vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, and pollution certificates regularly.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately.

Office Boy Duties

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas.
• Purchase office supplies and maintain stock when required.
• Assist with loading/unloading office materials.
• Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
• Open and close office premises if assigned.

Administrative Support

• Visit banks, courier offices, government offices, or vendors for official work.
• Maintain records of travel, fuel expenses, and deliveries.
• Help arrange meeting rooms and office setup.

Required Skills

• Valid driving license.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, honest, and responsible attitude.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions.

Qualification

• Minimum high school education preferred.
• Previous experience as a driver or office assistant is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• May require flexible working hours and occasional overtime.
