Job Description
Office Timing - 8 AM to 4.30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Update daily fuel entries for ambulances in the designated system/Excel records.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel quantity, cost, vehicle details, date, and odometer readings.
- Verify fuel bills, receipts, and supporting documents against entries.
- Identify discrepancies or missing fuel records and coordinate with the concerned team for correction.
- Maintain and organize fuel-related records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Prepare daily/weekly fuel reports as required.
- Ensure timely updating of records and maintain data accuracy.
- Support the Operations and Finance teams with fuel-related data and reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain and organize large volumes of records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of vehicle/fuel records will be an added advantage.
