Data Entry / MIS

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Operational Data Entry

• Maintain, update, and manage daily business records in MS Excel and ERP/billing software.
• Ensure high accuracy and timely entry of all sales, purchases, and client logs.

Stock & Inventory Management

• Track inward and outward stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Highlight low stock levels and manage reorder alerts.

Inquiry Handling & Customer Support

• Receive, log, and respond to incoming customer and supplier inquiries via phone, email, or messaging channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiry status promptly.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for upper management.
• Maintain summary reports on inventory status, sales trends, and pending inquiries.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 1–3 years in data entry, MIS management, or inventory control.
• Technical Skills:

1. Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Filtering).
2. Working knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, or stock management software.

• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, strong numerical aptitude, and high attention to detail.
