Job Description
A Customer Support Executive is responsible for assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products or services. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
