Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests and coordinate smooth check-ins.
* Handle guest calls, WhatsApp messages and requests.
* Resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
* Ensure excellent guest experiences and positive reviews.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
* Polite, responsible and solution-oriented personality.
* Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
