Job Description

a) Need to attend and reply to all the guests with their queries on different portals in a limited time phase.

b) Handling the current guest for all their issues while staying in the property. 

c) Need to take review from current guest.

d) Maintain the MIS reports. 

e) Candidate need to report to the office two days in a month.

f) Candidate needs to have personal laptop
