Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including experience with CRM tools and customer lifecycle management.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including understanding of account management, upselling, and cross-selling within ethical and customer-centric practices.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track customer-focused initiatives and improvements.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in customer success or account management, familiarity with sustainable or consumer products, proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
